Therapy for Sleep
Sleep is so important and if we are not sleeping we are not functioning at our optimal levels. Poor sleep can have a direct impact on your ability to manage stress, anxiety and other frustrations. Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) can help you identify attitudes and beliefs that impact your sleep. These negative thoughts which are made up of worries and stress keep you awake.
CBT-I is an effective technique for treating insomnia, especially for people who experience long lasting types of insomnia, not just sleep difficulties that last one or two nights every now and again. I use CBT-I to help you break old habits and patterns that interfere with sleep. I help people to develop new approaches that help to bring on sleep naturally.
