I am down to earth and approachable. I take a holistic approach to my work with people. I believe strongly that wellness is a combination of social connection, physical health and the importance of connecting with nature and one’s surroundings.
I have a background in conflict resolution and I am capable of navigating challenging high conflict situations. I have deep knowledge of the relationship between mental health and addictions.
